An embosser is a baking tool used for creating raised designs or patterns on fondant, gum paste, or other edible materials for cake decorating. The embosser is pressed over the fondant or gum paste, leaving a raised impression of the design on the surface.
This strip cutter cuts and embosses according to the shape/design. Roll your fondant or gum paste out thin, press the cutter in, then tap out the your cut out piece by tapping the cutter on your work surface
