This Callebaut 70-30-38 Belgian Dark Couverture with 70.5% cocoa solids is made with the finest cocoa beans sourced from around the world, natural vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter.
This blend is favored by many chefs and chocolatiers around the world. It has an intense yet balanced chocolate taste, dominated by its solid body of roasted cocoa and powerful bitters.
